TA-05 or TA-05 V2 Question

First Question: I am contemplating a purchase between the TA-05 and the TA-05 V2. I want to run this in the TCS Racing GT3 Class. Is the TA-05 V2 illegal for GT3 competition?

Second question: If i was to purchase the V2, can i put the shocks back to the way the TA-05 regular kit comes without buying additional parts? I see that you can go from a regular TA to an IFS with the purchase of additional parts. I was just wondering if i could go the other way around.

Third Question: If the V2 is legal for GT3 competition, should I get the V2 with upgrade kit?

1. get the version 2
2. Because of the redesigned chassis, the old chassis parts do not fit.
3. get it with the upgrade pack!!!!

Will I be able to run this in the GT3 class? I want to run a stock motor. The GT3 rules don't mention the v2 being legal.

From the TCS rules:

The legal chassis for this class are: TA 1-5, TB-01-03 (legacy 4wd tub cars are also permitted)
