Question 1: I am looking into buying some new batteries just for the TCS GT3 Rules. It states that we can only use LiPo batteries no greater that 3400MAH at 30C. Where the heck would you find such a small pack. I just bought 3 Hard Cased Venom LiPo batteries rated at 25C for less than 50 dollars each. Now thats what i call a budget LiPo.

Question 2: Would it be better to run a higher MAH in a NiMH set-up or should i go for the LiPo batteries?

Not sure if soft packs are allowed under TCS rules, but I buy my soft packs from http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/store/uh_index.asp

I use this 2S in my M chassis car and a 3S version in my TA03F.

Two very good packs that will last you a long time. Soft packs are NOT allow. Any lipo you buy must have a hard case.
