Scale parts for more detail? Where do you find them?

I'm wondering where the front black plastic spoilers and headlight pieces are from. Is there a place to get them or do they come with a certain kit? Or maybe they're scratch built.

I've been doing some military modeling and I want to bring over some realism to my RC, and I thought this car was a great example.

Also, where do great scale wheels like that come from. Tamiya's parts listing is pretty sparse in terms of colored wheels for onroad.

All of those pieces come with the TB03 kit 58425. The lights are a molded lexan bucket that is the shape of the light on the actual race car. Same thing goes for the front dive planes on the nose. A can of spray paint can work wonders as well. In addition to all of those wheels, each kit should have a 7 digit spare parts number that comes with the kit that you can find by looking at the parts list.
