Updating wheels

I have an old Subaru Brat kit that I would like to update the wheels and tires on. Is there a way to put wheels form the df-03ra kit onto the brat 2wd chassis? I have seem various adaptors but the information seems limited on what the apoplications are and pictures of the wheels don't show the back side to see how they would lock inot the rear hub.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
