Does anyone have a list of Speed Controller that will fit in the v2 ?

With some thoughtfulness, my LRP Sphere TC fits fine. I just shoe-goo the on/off switch to the side of the heat sink and the capacitor to the other side.

I know my Sphere fits in my 05R, but my SP 2.0 ... needs quite a bit of Dremel work ot get it in there.
I guess I am out of luck on the v2 ?

I am not familiar enough with that esc to give you a definite answer. I do know that they narrowed up the chassis quite a bit, and because of the new motor mount, did loose room for electronics installing.

To my eyes, there's still plenty of room for most ESCs in the V2. I have one and my old school LRP IPC V6 fit right right in there, so I'd imagine almost any on road racing speed control made in the last several years would fit.

Behind the motor ?
I had to do a fair amount of dremeling to get the speedo into my 05r.. so I cna only imgine it would be near impossible to get it in the vII. At least in it's intended spot.

Hm, that's strange. Well, in case it helps, the dimensions of my IPC V6 are 41mm X 36mm, which again leaves a little breathing room. And yes, I have it in the proper spot behind the motor.

I have a Novak Havoc in my TA05R and it wouldn't fit down into the spot for the ESC. I had to put to put an extra piece of plastic down in there to fill in the gap between the chassis and the bottom of the ESC.

I run brushed motors still:LOL: So my Tekin FXR fits with plenty room to spare.http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss152/tommysal/CIMG4578.jpghttp://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss152/tommysal/CIMG4577.jpg
