Agreed, I want to pick one up before they're disco'd. I'd love it if Tamiya would release other classic group C cars (962 please!), or more obscure ones like the Toyota TS010 (not the GT1 car) or Lancia LC2.
Hey, Tamiya employees, by any chance, is there a place to request or "vote" for new releases (or re-releases)? Sorry if too off-topic...

Sorry I didn't see this earlier...
Anyways, you can always post things you would like to see made, or re-issued. It never hurts to hear what the public wants, though I obviously can't promise anything more than we will look at it.

This one went to Seth Neiman, driver of the #44 Flying Lizard Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3. This is the second car that I painted in this livery.

+1 on that. All are really nice but the custom made Honda and Renault are especially well done. I'm inspired to do an alternative livery myself. Planning to do the Duller Motorsport Red Bull Z4 in my avatar, shouldn't be too hard with the decal sets out there.

Another question: what's the best way to get custom decals made? Ideally, I want to make vector artwork (Adobe Illustrator) and have it printed in 5 color (4-color plus white) on a clear decal sheet.
Hello Grey,
For one color things I use vinyl decal sheet. If I need a thing with colors, or the color backgroung is white I use the regular Epson printer with decal sheet. Epson printer why the tint is water protect.
Take a look here, has some picture to how I cut the vinil to make the decal.

Here another example with vinyl decal:

It was in past, now I buy one small Vinyl Cutter "CraftRobo", Its make my live easer ;-)
I use sites like these http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/ to donwload the brand logo in EPS or CDR (I use corel draw).
Regards,
TUba :)

Use a nice, sharp exacto knife. If you simply give the lexan a good scoring, you can bend it on the score and it will break lean at that point.
That R34 & Ferrari look amazing.
