I'm wondering if someone can give me an accurate list of which TT-01 bodies are short wheelbase, requiring reversal of the suspension arms. More specifically, I want to know if the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (VIP and Team KTR) are short wheelbase.

Thanks!

I own one of the 2007 VIP Porsches and it is the short wheelbase TT-01 where the rear arms have to be reversed.

I've got a simular question. I'm a beginner and recently got a TT-01E with Suzuki SX4 WRC body. I'm looking for a new body and wondering what size I should look at, 190mm/200mm, normal wheelbase or short wheelbase. And is changing from short to long just a mather of flipping the rear arms?

Thanks

Hello Guys,

There are the list of cars/body that I know is for Short Wheelbase.
The great problem about those bodys is that all are hard to find and expansive because they are rare now.

So all the short-wheelbase kits are the same wheelbase? Awesome, many of my favorite bodies will fit then. I'm definitely going to pick up a TT01E and hit up Ebay.

yes, all short cars has the same whellbase.
If you have one TA05 you can change it to short wheelbase just changing some spaces on rear suspention lower arms.

Unfortunately the ta05 ver. 2 doesn't have as many spacers on the arms, so the wheelbase isn't nearly as adjustable, only a couple of mm I think.

I have one TA05 IFS I use with the new Porsche Body.
Take a look on TA05 IFS how the spaces works. Its on final of page 6.

The V2 has 4mm less adjustment. Not sure why they did that, but you can see on pg 7 here:

I can't think of any way to shorten it any further.

I take a look here at home and the Short Chassis wheelbase is around 240mm.

Look these sheet that come with my Porsche Body.
Unfortunately its only for TA05 and TA05IFS :-/

Hello, TT01 short wheelbase is about 251mm, Toyota MR-S ans Audi TT are 247mm, and Peugeot 206, Toyota Corolla, Porsche Taisan etc are 237mm
On TT01 it's only Z3 and new Porsche ;)
